I have had the Brazilian Blow Out and an off brand smoothing service in the past that were subpar so I was a little reluctant when it came to trying a new one. Michelle knows her stuff and immediately I felt comfortable when she could explain the difference between other smoothing treatments and Überliss. It was a long process, I believe 5 hours total but Michelle stayed till almost 9pm to make sure I left happy. That is someone dedicated to their clients and I have never been so happy with my hair. This morning I washed it and blow dried it while finger combing. The pictures speak for themselves, it's a miracle! Not only is my hair straight it's frizz free and soft. Before Uberliss; all natural curls and after is the look of 12 minutes blow drying with a paddle brush for a smooth look. No flat iron at all!
